Outline of awareness-raising facilities
To further deepen the understanding and awareness of those who visit the Northern Territories, Hoppo-kan (Northern Museum), the Betsukai Northern Observation Tower, and the Rausu Kunashiri Observation Tower have been established as awareness-raising facilities to display materials related to Northern Territories.
